Do you have material in stock?

Yes, we have over 4000 items stocked in our warehouse.  Contact your inside sales specialist for assistance. or

Do you deliver?

Yes, your order can be delivered by our courier service.  Orders received by noon are delivered the same day, after noon orders arrive the next day.  Applicable charges apply.

Can my product ship UPS?

Yes, many items ship same day via UPS.

How can I pay?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, checks or cash.  Trade credit is available for those who qualify.

Can you service our tools and equipment?

Yes, we have factory trained technicians able to perform repairs at our repair shop or your facility.  Contact our service manager, Mike Orlowski to arrange a service call. For a full list of items we can repair click here.

Can you fix stencil machines?

Yes, we repair all major brands.

Can you fix strapping tools?

Yes, we repair all major brands.

Can you fix my machine or tool while I wait?

How long will it take to repair my equipment?

3-4 days usually depending on equipment type and parts availability.

Can you give estimates of repair charges?

Yes, estimates can be provided prior to equipment repairs.

How can I place my orders?

We accept orders via phone, fax, email and in person at our will call window.

Can you make custom labels?

Yes, we are capable of small or large runs of drum labels, placards, NFPA diamonds and custom decals. For samples click here.

What’s better plastic strapping or steel strapping?

What is your return policy?

Please call 713-675-5391 (option 1) to request an RMA number. Use Merchandise Return Form attached to packing list to return unopened/unused items within 30 days. *Note: Custom run items may not be eligible for return and non-stock items may be subject to a restocking fee.

What is your refund policy?

All stock items that are unopened and unused may be returned for a full credit. Non-stock items may be subject to restocking fees. Custom run items may not be eligible for refund.

What is your cancellation policy?

Any order can be cancelled prior to shipping. Once shipped it is subject to the return/refund policies.
